Delete your LifeVault AI account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your LifeVault AI account and associated user data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Account deletion is permanent. After verification and completion, you may lose access to documents, folders, reminders, AI history, settings, and other synced data.

How deletion works

Submit a request
Provide the account details needed to identify your LifeVault AI profile.

Verify ownership
We may send a confirmation message or request reasonable account information.

Delete account and data
After verification, we process permanent deletion.

Data scheduled for deletion

  • Account profile and authentication linkage
  • Synced documents, scans, PDFs, and extracted text
  • Folders, tags, notes, reminders, and preferences
  • AI search or assistant history linked to the account
  • Sharing records and active access tokens

Limited retention

Certain records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained information is restricted and removed when the applicable purpose ends.

Request account deletion

Complete the form. It opens your email app with a prepared request addressed to LifeVault AI Support.

Never send your password, OTP, Firebase token, service-account key, or private document contents.

Ensure this mailbox is active before publishing. Replace it if your official support email is different.
